Pineapple and Ginger Punch
Ingredients
750 ml pineapple juice
750 ml ginger beer
1 lime, juiced
small bunch of mint
ice
For garnish
pineapple leaves
pinapple slices
How to make it
Pour the pineapple juice and lime juice into a blender. Add the mint and a few handfuls of ice, then blend until the cubes are crushed. Pour into tumblers filled with additional ice, top up with the ginger beer. Garnish each glass with a slice and leaves of a pineapple.
